  • OUR founder’s dna is a mix of THE Västerbotten region of sweden and the black beaches of sonsonate el salvador. mestizo translates to ‘mixed-blood’ and is a term used to identify an individual of indigenous and european heritage. we’ve bottled up the best of the two regions to bring an unconventional approach to the flavors of a hot sauce.

  • EACH BOTTLE IS A BLEND OF FIERY HABANEROS, THE INTENSE FLAVOR OF FUJI APPLES, AND THE SMOOTH SWEETNESS OF THE ANJOU PEAR. OUR SPICES ARE A BLEND OF THE EARTHY TONES OF SCANDINAVIA AND LATIN AMERICA. WE CHOOSE NOT TO FERMENT OUR PEPPERS AND INSTEAD MIX THE FLAVORS WITH THE SWEET AND TANGY APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.
